π What are we looking for?
We're not looking for a specific title. We're looking for someone who handles topics from A to Z.
Technology? .NET Core or Python β what matters is that you can write things that work.
Frontend? It's good if you've seen something there, but backend and data are the heart of this role.
π§ Β What do we expect?
- You have SQL in your little finger. Not just SELECT * FROM β we need someone who really works that data like a boss β indexes, joins, optimizations β the whole package.
- You can handle API and backend, even if you need to figure something out from scratch.
- You plan your own work, manage tasks and don't wait for a checklist.
- You know when tools help and when they just get in the way β and you can communicate that.
- You write understandable code β for people, not just for the IDE.
- You know what logs, monitoring, metrics are β and you treat them as a natural part of the job, not "extra work".
- You can leverage AI and LLMs in your work β not just for fun. We want people who can already automate, find solutions and write faster thanks to AI.
π»Β Itβs good if:
- You've touched .NET Core or Python.
- ETL is more than just a once-a-week script for you.
- You're not afraid of frontend β even if you're not a UI master, you can click something together in React/Vue/Svelte.
- You've seen Clickhouse, BigQuery or other big data engines and didn't run away crying.
